Construction drawing and contractor submittal review to ensure quality projects are developed from the start.
Coordination of contractor RFI’s before and during construction.
Cultivating relationships with all stakeholders before and during construction to ensure a seamless, cohesive project team.
Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Request for Information and submittal review.
Review and tracking of change orders to assign responsibility and ensure appropriate action is taken.
